Return Policy
Should you find it necessary to return your recent
purchase of our product, please follow these guidelines:
- All returned merchandise must be unused and
returned in the same new condition in which it was
originally received, with all accompanying hardware,
instruction manuals and in its original packaging.
Any items returned used, damaged in any way or with
missing components will not be credited.
- All returns must be authorized by RadioWorks
Communications Inc. prior to return. Unauthorized
returns will NOT be accepted or credited, and may be
refused when received.
- To obtain an authorization number, please
contact our customer service department at 250-
475-3400 (1-800-591-5525 if calling from outside
Victoria) ext 244 or email us at
returns@radioworks.ca
- Authorized returns for merchandise in original
boxes and in new condition are subject to a 15%
restocking charge. No returns are accepted on custom
or special order items and programmed equipment.
- All returns must be made within seven (7) days
after the date of the shipment. This may be extended
to thirty (30) days on orders shipped outside the
Vancouver Island area.
- All authorized returns will be credited net of
restocking fees & shipping charges.
- All authorized returns should have the
authorization number marked on the outside of the
package and returned prepaid to the following
