If you would like to report a widespread unexpected RadioWorks system outage outside of standard business hours, please call (250) 413-4897 to report the issue, and leave a message with your name, non-pager contact information, and a description of your issue. Messages will be responded to for clarification of the issue as necessary; status updates will be emailed to our customer contact lists.
